Show me my sharing optionsNotes, images, links, and files can live together in your library and on your canvases.
Your boards begin private. You can choose a viewer, an editor, or a read-only link when your plan includes sharing.
Automatic tags are on for eligible new captures. You can switch them off, edit them, or remove them. Tagging uses Mistral Large 4 first; temporary provider failures may use Microsoft Azure-hosted GPT-6 Luna, then Google Vertex-hosted Claude Haiku 5.5 in limited later recovery, through OpenRouter's Zero Data Retention routes. Turning tagging off cancels pending recovery. Older items are not backfilled. Hosted OCR asks for separate consent per operation.
