Status of this outline
This is a local design and content draft, not a binding acceptable-use policy. The operator must review the final scope, enforcement process, contact channel and relationship to the terms of use before publication.
Access and sharing topics for review
The current product supports private boards, invited membership, shared links and scoped developer access. A future policy should explain how these features may be used, how access can be revoked and what happens when content or a connection is reported.
Content and service topics for review
The review should cover uploaded material, source attribution, account security, automated requests and misuse of shared spaces. These are proposed subjects for policy drafting, not new user obligations or claims about active enforcement.
Privacy and hosted processing
The privacy policy describes current smart-tag data transfer and optional hosted OCR. Final acceptable-use wording must remain consistent with those disclosures and the approved terms.
